Our Wine-Making Process
Time-honoured techniques. Cool-climate clarity. And no shortcuts, ever.
Every Alexander Vineyards wine begins in the quiet rhythm of the vineyard, with hand-harvested fruit, early morning light, and a deep respect for time. Grapes are whole-bunch pressed, then slowly fermented in stainless steel, oak, or clay amphorae to preserve purity. We favour natural fermentation, gentle extraction, and minimal interference.
