Our tranquil estate overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and offers sweeping views of vineyards, mountain ranges, and sunsets unlike anywhere else. Frequently Asked Questions
Deposit:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of invoice to confirm a reservation. The balance of the fee for your stay is required 60 days (or at the time of booking if the stay is less than 60 days away) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of your stay will incur the following costs:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the booking fee.
- Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking fee.
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival and no-shows: 100% of the booking fee.
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is 11:00. For late arrivals and early departures, please get in touch before your stay and our management will be happy to accommodate as able.

Yes, we operate strictly by appointment only. All visits must be booked in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-in guests.
To preserve the tranquillity of the estate for all of our guests, unfortunately are unable to accommodate groups with children. We welcome all guests above the age of 16 to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all our guests.
Yes, we can provide premium airport transfers and chauffeur services upon request. Once your booking is confirmed please get in touch with our team to ensure seamless coordination.
